Free Items:
Due to VERY High Demand Shipping takes 2-3 weeks. Most orders arrive in 2 weeks, however.
We send items in multiple packages, this speeds things up. Don't be alarmed if you have missing items. These items will come in more packages.
Sometimes your items can get lost/damaged on their journey to you. If this occurs, we will send you a replacement free of charge. Just contact our support with your order number.

A few little things to know...
Refunds are not given on free items. However, replacements are given for items lost whilst shipping.
Replacements are sent up to 7 days after receiving your free item if damaged.
We can NOT cancel your order and issue a full refund if it is past 24 hours after your order was placed, We reserve the right to DENY your cancelation or dispute of order if an order has already been shipped. It may take up to 2-3 days to process your payment and fulfill the order, once an order has been fulfilled and shipped you will receive a tracking code in 4-7 days.
